Ways to use it

Four ways to build the foam

Official applications video · 1:47

  1. 1

    SourIn the shaker

The classic use: a few drops with the other ingredients. With the reverse dry shake (shake with ice, strain, shake again without ice) the foam rises dense and white.

  2. 2

    VelvetWith a hand frother

For high-volume bars without shakers: build the foam separately with a hand frother and spoon it over the cocktail like a crown on the ice.

  3. 3

    AirAir foam

A light foam of large bubbles, made with an air pump over the liquid with the drops. Scoop it with a spoon onto the cocktail or the glass.

  4. 4

    SiphonWith a siphon

The liquid with a few drops is loaded into the siphon and a fine, stable foam is dispensed straight onto the glass, ideal for garnish.

That's how Stillabunt tells it: “Maximum foam. Minimum effort.”
